"it was a very lovely hotel and all the staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating :) the area is also lovely and conveniently located near the metro and lots of popular spots. would 100% recommend!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower, but my overall experience was disappointing. My biggest issue was the room being uncomfortably hot. Staff explained that the air conditioning was set to heating for the entire hotel and could not be switched to cooling. Their only suggestion was to open the window, which I was uncomfortable doing. Unfortunately, the customer service and lack of temperature control negatively affected our stay."

"Friendly staff, great location, great room condition!"

"Very good location to see everything. Close to metro. Helpful staff"
