"It was a horrible stay. We asked for house cleaning and it never came. I had to go hunt someone down and ask them to vacuum our room and I was literally handed the vacuum. I had to carry it from the top floor to the bottom floor vacuum our room and carry it back up to them. I also had to go get more towels and new sheets. We did our own house keeping for the three nights we stayed there. The breakfast... well I wouldn't even call it that. Every day they were out of something. We had to constantly go to the person sitting behind the desk and ask for more waffle mix, then orange juice, then cups... nothing was kept up stock wise. We could fill the springs through the mattress. The rooms were nothing as pictured online. Every time we needed something we would go to the lobby and there wasn't anybody working. We asked for house keeping and was told someone would be by and no one ever was. We asked for towels up at the lobby and no one was available. The pool was always locked. It was a horrible stay. We will never be back there not recommend it. It's a joke to think I had to clean, vacuum, and restock my own room!"
