  • This bright, spacious and comfortable apartment is on the second floor of a stone building in the heart of Assisi and has a fabulous terrace of 48 sqm. with spectacular views of the rooftops, the Rocca Maggiore, the mountains and the bell tower.
    The apartment covers an area of nearly 60 square meters. which include a large bright room with a large window to glimpse the bell tower of San Ruffino, the living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen with wide workspace and breakfast bar, dining table and 6 chairs.
    The bedroom is spacious with a large window through which you can enjoy a view of the Rock of Assisi, the bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room provides space for two more people making suitable for a family of 4 persons.
    The dressing room is equipped with wardrobe, bathroom with shower.

The apartment is big and clean . Excellent location near Piazza Matteotti. Small market in the area. Nice terrace with view to Rocca Maggiore. It is in a very cute neighborhood.

Spectacular Rental

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura's Assisi apartment. The apartment was roomy and included all the things we would need from home. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated the parking she provided. The locations was excellent. We easily walked everywhere. We also found this to be a perfect location as our home base for a number of day trips to nearby places such as Orvieto, Loreto, Sienna and Perugia. We were sad to leave after the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Apartment in Assisi With A Great Deck

We spent 6 nights at Laura's apartment. On arrival, we were met by Laura's associate Paola, who gave us the keys and a quick tour. As others have noted, the apartment is quite spacious and comfortable.I can't speak to the kitchen facilities as we did not cook. We did take advantage of the microwave. The weather was mostly sunny and warm while we were there so we were able to take advantage of the large deck. Also, the large windows allowed for lots of natural light in the living spaces. The location is very convenient. A short walk to Piazza Matteotti and the bus and a short downhill walk to the center. We had one occasion to contact Laura. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived. I used Google Translate to explain the problem and Laura came and got it up and running. The only minor issue for us was the water pressure in the shower was on the low side but that would not keep us from coming back. Overall, we had a great stay here.

This apartment in Assisi is absolutely lovely! It exceeded our expections for space, location and view. Being farther away from the main squares made this a quiet space but easy to access everything that the beautiful city has to offer. Laura was the perfect host with information on the area, restaurants and attractions andand made it all very easy to enjoy ourselves immensely. We highly recommend this and will definitely return! Large apartment in great location

Spacious and bright with large windows. We couldn’t enjoy the lovely terrace in November but imagine it would be wonderful in warmer months. The apartment is rather dated and the WiFi was sometimes slow. Laura was very responsive to address a couple of issues we had. The washing machine is in a room in the garage, not in the apartment, which is on the top floor.

Perfect Location for Exploring Assisi

We stayed in this apartment in the historic center of Assisi for three nights in May 2022. Laura was extremely helpful in meeting us on the main road and directing us into the tiny city streets to the garage and apartment. She was also very responsive to the few questions we had. The apartment is perfect for two people. A spacious living/dining/kitchen area, large bedroom, ample bathroom with shower (bit of a slow drain). It was chilly while we were there, and the heating system worked like a charm. The kitchen is well-outfitted (although we ate all of our lunches/dinners out). The outdoor terrace, complete with umbrella, was wonderful on the one day it was warm enough to sit outside. We enjoyed all of the local sights of historical and religious significance, all of which are within easy walking distance. Assisi is a beautiful medieval city and well worth a stay of two or three nights. We highly recommend this apartment as your base of operations.

Outdoor Terrace has Stunning View

Location is excellent: 5 minute walk to old city center plus being on a very small street makes for a very quiet location. The outdoor terrace is very special with views of both a cathedral & the castle/fortification. Many rentals have a balcony or terrace, but often you end up just looking at the crumbling stucco of the building across the street. This place has an exceptional view. The cost of the view: the apt. is on the 3rd floor, and their is no elevator. I would not recommend for two couples, but great for one couple or small family who can deal with 1 bathroom. House was well equipped. On-site garage is ONLY for a small car, e.g., Panda. But, there is a parking lot quite near by, and Laura provided us with a discount card that reduced the rate from 14E to 12E per day. Host: Laura is quite hands-off, so have limited expectations. Best to communicate by Google Translate & WhatsApp, as her English is very limited. Expect no notebook telling you how to operate all the appliances & systems & providing suggestions for restaurants or where to buy groceries, etc.; you are on your own once you walk through the door. We greatly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Assisi and would rent this place again

Great View of the Rocca

This was the second time we stayed in this apartment. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Many very good restaurants just a few yards away. The view over the housetops from the large patio was great! Highly recommend for staying in Assisi!

Great place to stay In Assisi

We had a great time staying at this apartment. It provides plenty of room and comfort inside. It has very large windows which let in lots of light and enable amazing views of the Rocca and the San Rufino duomo and bell tower. The large patio was nice to relax on and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The apartment is very quiet, away from the busy downtown tourist area, but still close enough to several good restaurants. We would love to stay here again.
