Beautiful views. Wifi not so good

This is a beautiful venue for a very relaxing stay in Assisi. It has beautiful views and mostly everything you need for a comfortable stay. The wifi is not good though, making travel planning difficult!

Perfect for our family

We had an amazing time here. The pool and extra space was wonderful after spending a lot of time in Assisi. The fold out bed wasn't super comfortable, but i don't know any that are. ;) We hope to come again!

This place does not have any bay beds, as advertised. We booked this place specifically because it offered baby beds but when we arrived the manager said there were none at the property. Didn’t try to accommodate at all.

Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti da Assisi. Struttura bella ma male organizzata. Avevamo prenotato una camera per 4 (letto matrimoniale piu divano letto), letto matrimoniale comodo, divano letto pessimo, duro, basso e con le stecche ti ferro che si sentivano nonostante avessoro messo un topper. Inoltre, ho dovuto fare io il letto in quanto mi é stato detto che il divano letto loro non lo preparavano. Ho trovato il piumino sporco con parecchie macchie gialle ed ho chiesto il cambio e non avendo altri piumini il titolare gentilmente é andato ad acquistarne uno. La caldaia della camera perdeva ed essendo in comune con l'appartamento accanto partiva in continuazione non appena i vicini aprivano l'acqua. Consiglio vivamente ai gestori di rivedere l'organizzazione, i divani letto e la biancheria.

Week end in famiglia

Appartamento comodo ed accogliente, cucina ben attrezzata, forse da migliorare un po' la pulizia. Posizione strategica per raggiungere Assisi in pochi minuti di auto, ma anche Gubbio,Spello e Perugia. Gestore molto disponibile e reattivo ad ogni richiesta. Week end molto piacevole. Vista su Assisi incantevole,sopratutto alla sera.

Puro e semplice relax

Ci siamo trovati benissimo: ottima location immersa nella pace e tranquillità della campagna umbra, a pochi minuti da S.Maria degli Angeli, dal Sacro Convento e da tutti gli altri luoghi francescani di Assisi. Abbiamo usufruito della formula residence, ma il personale, seppure non in loco, si è reso sempre disponibile per risolvere eventuali problemi che potevano sorgere. Esperienza senz'altro da ripetere...

La struttura è molto bella ed in una buona posizione, molto vicina al centro di Assisi della quale c'è un magnifico panorama. Immersa nel verde. Eravamo in 3 il secondo letto, un divano letto, non era stato nemmeno aperto, quindi ce lo siamo dovuti preparare da soli. Altra pecca la pulizia soprattutto del bagno. Water molto macchiato e lavandino rotto. Pessimi cuscini.

Ottima location,vicina ad Assisi,2.5 Km dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Il proprietario Riccardo,simpatico e molto disponibile. Appartamento ben arredato e confortevole, con bellissima vista su Assisi. Prato curato con gazebo,piscina e barbecue. Prezzo molto onesto. Ci torneremo.

Kan varmt anbefales

Skønt sted at bo når man vil besøge Assisi uden at skulle bo oppe i byen. Dejlig gåtur op til byen (det går op af), og dejligt at benytte poolen, når man kommer ned igen. Ejeren er meget hjælpsom og imødekommende. Dejlig have som min hund og jeg nød at være i. Fint og funktionelt køkken (fryseren kunne godt trænge til en afrimning). Pænt og rent badeværelse. Man kan vaske sit tøj gratis. Super kaffe fra kaffeautomaten (1 euro/kop). Lidt udfald på wifi, men det skyldes muligvis dårligt vejr. Sov rigtig godt. Meget stille om natten. Skønt sted at bo flere dage. Hotel.com's ruteanvisning var desværre ikke præcis, så jeg måtte spørge mig frem. Samlet set et anbefalelsesværdigt sted at overnatte, til en meget fair pris.

Quiet and peaceful

Beautiful and peaceful this property looks up to Assisi with views from the pool and lawn. No front desk and not many guests so do not recommend for anyone who doesn’t like to be alone. Kitchen facilities consisted of a gas cooktop, utensils and pots and a full size fridge. The shower was tiny. The bed was a four poster and so there was a side when you sat on the edge.You can request a self contained apartment on the ground floor and there is easy access to the car park.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in . Everything clean and the owners have had added little touches to add the homely feeling. The pool also great. Such a quiet atmosphere as well.

A little far to Assisi

If you are self driving, it is a perfect hotel to stay. It is big, clean, fully furnitured, and the host is very nice.
