Brand new, fully renovated, modern and elegant decorated, huge 130 square meters Apartment, which offers you whatever you may/need want in order to have a pleasant convenient accommodation in Athens city center.
It has 4 bedrooms with double beds and double couch beds, one of the bedrooms (the master one) has a private lounge-living room. Also there is a living room with covenient couches and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms -one with a tub and shower and one without-. In our balcony you can relax under the greek sun or enjoy the summer breezeplease before you book, ask us for special prices/offers***

Due to COVID19, we want to confirm our standard cleaning process for guests:
- Kitchen and bathroom are cleaned with windex and clorox
- Comforter is laundered between every stay (as are all linens/towels, of course)
- Fabric-covered chair and throw pillows have been removed
- All surfaces are wiped down (fridge, microwave, table, light switches, etc.)
- Clorox wipes provided for extra peace of mind

This recently renovated apartment is highly accommodating, elegantly appointed, and has great character and style. It is spacious (130 sqm), luminous and offers all the comforts and privacy to a family or a large group of friends.

It features four bedrooms, and a huge living room and dining room with a dining (with extension) table (fits 12p) where you can enjoy all your meals with convenience. Also, a brand new, flat screen 32’ SMART LED TV with NETFLIX access, will make your stay even better.
In two of the bedrooms there are except of beds, double and single couch beds too. In every bedroom, if it is needed we can add single beds as well. Till 13-14 persons can be accommodated with convenience in our sunlit, modern, fully furnished, with air condition machines, 130 sq meters modern convenient elegant apartment!
There is one full bathroom with toilet basin, sink, bath tub/shower, laundry machine and a body weight scale and a second bathroom with only toilet basin.
It is ideally located in the edge of Acropolis and Plaka, and you will be in the same time in the heart of old city and modern life.
Athens' old town is nicknamed "the Neighbourhood of the Gods" with good reason — its picturesque alleys are situated directly under the Acropolis.

Last but not least, Airport/port pick-up can be arranged and we accommodate 24hour check-in at no extra cost.

In order to avoid inconvenience and misunderstanding, please note that in general, for every 2 persons we prepare 1 double bed. If you want something extra/different, you should inform us in advance in order to act accordingly. Also itis possible to be an additional cost about the extra beds so Please ask us, and we will inform you everything is advance!!!

WiFi is available and the Internet connection's speed is great! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may want and need for cooking, fridge, oven, toast maker, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso espresso maker. On our balconies (one in front and one behind) you can relax under the Greek sun or enjoy the night Summer Breeze.
Our apartment has nothing to be jealous of a 5 star hotel!! Number of services on request (including breakfast with 5 euro per person and cleaning and housekeeping services with 4 euro per person).
If you are interested in, i can arrange for you tailor made day trips in and around Athens.
From/To Airport transport or any other transport is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.
It is less than 200 meter away from the new Acropolis museum, it is next to the Acropolis subway station, is located directly in Syggrou Avenue, outside of the apartment there is a bus station which more than 15 busses have a stop there with 15 different directions heading within Athens and suburbs, and you are behind Amalias avenue as well. You can have direct access to busses, tram, metro station and taxis as well. Rent a car and tourist offices are all around.
Finally, You can walk around all archaeological sites such as Acropolis and Parthenon, Herodium, Plaka, Ancient market, Monastiraki, Syntagma, Temple of Olympus Zeus, Zapeio park, Philopappou hill etc
For your baby treasure, we can provide you baby cot, baby bath, baby food chair, baby carriage and whatever else you may want, but please ask about it in advance, because for hygiene/ergonomic reasons we have them in our warehouse.

It’s a great option for one day adventure / 3 islands in one day !!! But don’t make an online booking. We -as Greeks persons- have 15% discount, and We will be happy to make the arrangements for you in order you to pay less and save this money :)

Also, in case you want it, with an extra charge (ask us about it in advance and we will inform you immediately) we can provide you a pocket-portable wifi router, in order to have wifi everywhere -you will carry it with you-.

In case you want it, with 6 euro (extra cash payment to the delivery guy directly) per person, we can arrange you a breakfast delivery with coffee/juice/toast and 2 eggs. Just inform us please about it at least 2 days before.
In order to be accurate, please be informed that for every 2 Persons, we will prepare one double bed. In case you need/want something different, please let us know in advance (before your arrival) in order to act accordingly. Asp please note that is possible to be an additional fee for them. Please ask us, and we will inform you everything is advance.
Also, we have added the ability of arrival without our presence. So just let us know, and we can leave you the keys in a safe place near the entrance door and send you full photos and details in order to pick them up and enter in on your own. And if you have any questions or if you want it, next morning we can pass by to meet you.

Our apartment is NOT A HOTEL and therefore cannot be compared to one.
Breakfast and daily cleaning service are not provided ! If you want breakfast/cleaning or housekeeping, we can arrange it for you with extra payment -for the record, you will pay the coffee company/laundry company directly and not us.
