Defner Tzo’s modern apartment is a stylish, brand-new apartment in a very convenient location in the center of Athens. This attractively designed apartment offers all the modern amenities and appliances that will accommodate your every need, even for long stays.

You’ll find the apartment in the area of Mets, just a 10-minute walk from the Panathenaic Stadium (Kalimarmaro Stadium), the Temple of Olympian Zeus and a 13-minute walk from the Museum of the Acropolis, downtown Athens and Plaka area. Zappeion Hall and the National Gardens are also just 15-minute walk from the apartment. You can also enjoy a nice walk on the Ardittos hill which is very close to the apartment. The closest Metro station is the “Acropolis” Metro station and it is 10 minutes by foot from the apartment (red line, one stop away from Syntagma metro station that has direct connection to the Airport and Piraeus Port). Near the apartment you will also find bus stops that you can use if you wish to go towards the beaches or the port of Piraeus.

The area of the apartment offers all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and vibrant all day cafe's and bars, just a few steps away from your door. There is also a bakery with take-away meal options and a traditional Greek cuisine restaurant.The neighborhood of Mets is one of the greatest and safest areas in Athens.

The apartment is luminous and cozy, and all the furniture & decorations are carefully selected to make you feel at home. It can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children) on one double bed (Queen bed size) and 1 sofa bed for the kids in the living room. It offers one bathroom with a shower and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a balcony with an outdoor sitting area where you can relax and catch a glimpse of Lycabettus hill.

The apartment features Wi-Fi (50Mbps), air conditioning for cooling and heating and a TV. Meanwhile, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a normal-size fridge, a stovetop, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.

**If you come by foot from the metro station of Acropolis you will have to go up some stairs before you reach the apartment as the building is located in a small dead-end street that on one side has access by a staircase. We use an automated self-check in method.
