• Please be advised that there`s about 15 steps outside to get up to the front door of this apartment. This is a two story apartment, so once inside there is another 10 steps to get up to the second floor

• Check-in is at 4:00pm (or later, anytime works after since it`s self check-in), check-out is at 11:00am

Our daughter had a band performance at the Classic Center and all hotels were full. The house was just what we needed for two nights and was very close to the Classic Center. Chris was very responsive and made the process easy. Would highly recommend! Thanks!

Good place to stay when visiting UGA. Nice pool, unit as described. Took Uber to stadium but walked back when we saw it wasn’t very far. Overall good stay.

Honestly, I prob wouldn't have written a review, except the management company? or owner? messaged this: "We will leave you a 10/10 review here! If you enjoyed your stay, please feel free to leave a 10/10 review here as well. If you feel you can’t give a 10/10 rating, I kindly ask that you refrain from leaving a review." Reviews on a site like this should be able to be trusted.As you walk in, the unit definitely has a strong odor. It's musty I think, They have some sort of air purifier in the kitchen and charcoal bags to eliminate odors in at least a couple places. The unit needs new carpeting desperately. The beds have 2 pillows in shams on them. One of the rooms didn't have pillowcases on the pillows inside. We found pillowcases for the roll away inside the roll away (not in the closet as outlined) so my parents were able to use those on their bed. The overall apartment needs a lot of physical upgrades/maintenance (bathtubs, paint, etc.). The beds were comfortable. The pictures are fairly accurate but they mask the drab, worn state of the interior. Good camera/lighting work.There were so many admonishments to ensure doors are locked at all times, it made us question the safety of the community/area. We have no idea if this is the case. We had no issues with safety.It was less expensive than other options in Athens but we assumed it was because the location wasn't as desirable. We found it also likely has to do with the quality of the unit as well.
