"The hotel was very nice over all. The staff interactions were not so great. Their customer service was terrible. I had to call the front desk to repair the light switch in the bathroom and the AC. It was repaired fairly quickly but the lady I spoke with was rude. She kept cutting me off. I couldn’t finish my sentence before she would cut me off. It was almost like she just wanted to get me off the phone quickly. The second interaction was at the pool. It was a simple question to ask if the roof would be retracted like the day before (it was 8 pm and a little chilly. The night before the roof was closed). The lady turned to me and as I was asking the question she turned around and walked off. Another guest at the pool saw the interaction and commented how that came off rude. The last interaction was on the day of check out. We wanted to leave our bags at the front to have lunch at the hotel before we headed to the airport. There was a line waiting for the bags to be checked in and the line wasn’t moving fast enough for him and he said something along the lines of “hello keep it moving”. The hotel has a neat design and the food at the restaurant was pretty good but their lack of customer service was noticed and I don’t think I’d be back. "

"We travel a lot and usually stay in Hilton properties because we have Rewards #59095509. This was the first time staying at a Holiday Inn, and it was nicer than some of the properties we stayed in in the past. Everything was top-notch, even though it was under construction you would’ve never known. Everyone at the front desk was awesome and very helpful and very patient lol we were new to the area and seemed like every time we went downstairs needed help with something. The rooms were super clean and the AC was perfect which isn’t always the case! Breakfast was awesome Everyday and the staff that always has smile on their face. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back! Highly recommend. "

"Overall it was a good stay with a few hiccups...running short on towles for the pool, running out of plates and silverware at breakfast, and evening front desk seemed snippy. It felt like the enitre property unprepared for the weekend. Valet parking stores your car in the public parking lot next door AND they charge $60 per day !! On the good side as the weekend progress everything seemed to run smoother and the location cant be beat !!! I would stay again."
