"We had a great stay at the Sheraton Galleria location. The hotel was very clean and so was the room. The bedding provided, towels, and room as a whole were great! Only issue we had is someone knocking on our door at 9:30 AM saying they wanted to see if "we were there." I would think that if they offer check-in through the app that they would be able to see if we are checking in and out of our room with our mobile key. There was a wonderful breakfast buffet and a nice convenience store area."

"Had an enjoyable stay and Andre at the service desk was amazing. He was very courteous. the room that I reserved was not available, so he was kind enough to comp my parking. The hotel was overall clean and in a great location. The other staff was very friendly with helping to direct me around the the very large hotel."

"This hotel was beautiful. Our suite was very spacious. Their computers were down when we got there, so check in took around 30 minutes. This was out of their control, and they comped our parking because of it. Everything was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We took our kids to the pool twice while we were there. It was very nice, and there were plenty of pool towels each time we went. The location was perfect for a concert at Truist Park."
