This home is quaint and cozy! Built in 1928, the home sits nestled in a diverse
and growing neighborhood. Located minutes from downtown Atlanta, the airport and many other places you'll want to see, like:

This cozy bungalow is a great place to stay for work or fun. We have added a few things to make it more comfortable for business travelers and a few things to make it even more fun for vacationers, like board games! After a long flight, you will be here within minutes from the airport. When it's time to go into the city, you are no more than 10-15 minutes away from downtown. You will not be stuck in traffic for long periods at this location! There are parks and plenty of things close by to keep you busy. It is also quiet if you just need some peace!

You will have access to the entire home. The attic space is unfinished and unavailable.

There is a fully functional kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and a microwave to cook a delicious meal should you decide to stay in. And for your enjoyment;

Due to insurance requirements, the fireplace will not be available.
Only the names of guests provided will be able to stay on the property unless prior arrangements have been discussed for security and safety purposes.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Sylvan Hills is a charming and diverse up-and-coming neighborhood comprised of both young and old, singles and families. It includes classic bungalows mixed with newly rehabbed homes. It is a middle-class neighborhood that is quickly growing with friendly people that you will often see out walking their dogs!

The neighborhood is quiet in the evening. Please be mindful of neighbors with no loud music or disruptions late in the evening.

GETTING AROUND

MARTA is the public transportation service provided in Atlanta. It utilizes both buses and a rail system. This location is within walking distance to a public transportation terminal where you can access both. There is also a bus stop a few feet away from the home for added convenience. The home is also located close to the major Interstate, 75/85. Making it easy to jump on the highway and get around to all the other major highways, I-20 and I-285 within minutes to get to your destination. Lyft and Uber are also easily accessible.

Lack of cancellation notice from owner

The owner did not provide check in information and when contacted 2 hours after the check in time, stated that they had a flood on the property. They promptly (once contacted) refunded the payment and insurance payment. However, the property did not have a flood and was rented out to another individual for a longer stay. We knocked on the door and the other person provided proof of VRBO reservation for the entire month.
