Embark on a tranquil retreat to Fairburn, conveniently located just minutes from the vibrant downtown Fairburn area. Our stunningly renovated haven is an ideal sanctuary for large families or multiple couples seeking a blend of suburban tranquility and city convenience. With its natural light-infused spaces and chic modern décor, this home promises a serene 'home away from home' experience. Benefit from assigned parking on the property and find yourself only 20 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport and Downtown Atlanta.

The Space:
Step into our captivating split-level house featuring a tasteful finished basement. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms await, while an additional bedroom on the lower level offers extra privacy and space. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living and dining areas, creating a perfect environment for relaxation or social gatherings. Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully equipped modern kitchen, adorned with granite countertops and all the amenities you need to craft delicious meals.
Venture outside to the back deck to bask in the private backyard oasis, where you can unwind and reflect on the day's adventures.

Guest Access:
As our guest, enjoy full access to this four-bedroom home, with the convenience of electronic key entry. Designated parking is available in driveway. Revel in the privacy of your own front porch and the seclusion of a back patio, all yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The garage is currently used for storage and not available.
Experience the best of both worlds in Fairburn – a peaceful abode close to the heart of the action.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a cul-de-sac family neighborhood, very close to downtown Fairburn, with restaurants and shops a few blocks away.

Getting Around:
Atlanta Hartsfield Airport - 16 minutes drive or 14 miles
Downtown Atlanta - 25 minutes drive or 22 miles
Trilith Film Studio - 15 minutes drive or 9 miles
US Soccer Training Facility - 18 minutes drive or 11 miles

House Rules:
No Smoking ($350 fine)
No Pets ($500 fine)
No Events or Parties ($500 fine)

Guest may not use the Property for any purpose other than that of a private residential stay by the specified number of guests indicated in the Guest's reservation. Additional overnight guests are prohibited unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner.

The Guest and those in the Guest's party shall not engage in any activity that (a) may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the Owner or occupants of nearby homes or (b) might invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the Property.

The Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and keep the security deposit paid by Guest if the number of people at the Property exceeds the limits provided for herein or if the Police are called to the Property for excessive noise.

SMOKING is prohibited in the house!! Outside only in designated areas.

Our home is a PET FREE HOUSE! 100% No Exceptions!! We are very strict in enforcing this policy. We are sensitive to guests who may have pet allergies. We can offer an off-site pet sitting service as an option.

There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.

The minimum age to reserve the home is twenty five years old.

We require confirmation of our guests and request verification of identification and payment method via our guest portal for the reservation to finalize each booking request.

All stays longer than 14 days, will require a mandatory cleaning that will be scheduled every 2 weeks during your stay. Our cleaning staff will provide a 48-hour notice to bring clean linens and towels and to clean the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom areas. Also, if guests wants to do an early check-in, it needs to be communicated with us. It will come with a fee of $75.

This property has a pack and play or a high chair option available, please check for availability when making the reservation and we can confirm prior to your arrival.

Very roomy and quiet neighborhood

Great place. Clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay. Would only suggest adding more pots/pans for those who would actually be using the kitchen.
