Great house, equipment lacking

The house and location were great, nice and clean, and good beds. However, the ice maker and dishwasher were nonfunctional, and there was almost no equipment in the kitchen (no measuring cups, few cooking utensils etc.). We had a large group and did a bit of cooking, so these were real limitations.
