We were not able to check in on time. The room was wreaked. The cleaning people were wonderful and still cleaning at 7:30 when we finally checked in. When we went to shower the pull was missing and no way to shower! We had to splash water up from the bathtub faucet. The host did not respond to my message then or this morning. I do think it was the fault of the occupants prior to us but not being responded to is unacceptable. I will be requesting a full refund.

So the reason wars stayed there was because after having worked at the Safari club show my wife was sick and needed to stay an extra night. This seemed like a good place to just camp out for the night. Check in was at 4 but they didn’t have the room available until a little after 5. Then all she wanted to do was take a hot bath and go to bed. The hot water heater was so small that it was running cold into the tub with just a little over 3” in the tub! Overall we wished we had stayed at a hotel where you never have to worrry about running out of hot water or being delayed over an hour to check in. I would not recommend

Good for a couple of nights. The AC didnt work. No TV or side table lamps for bedroom. The place was clean and cozy. The rooftop area was very cute. Great location for exploring, near a lot of restaurants. Lots of cameras on the outside.
