Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I booked this property specifically for my birthday, only to arrive at the stated check-in time of 4 PM and be told it was already occupied by someone else who had “checked in.” Not only did I drive out of my way for absolutely nothing, but I also paid for insurance—supposedly to protect me in case anything went wrong—and, unsurprisingly, I never saw that money again. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no help or support offered to me afterwards. Nothing was done to make this right. This was beyond unprofessional, negligent, and completely unacceptable.
