About this property

Ocean front Sands Villa, boat parking, indoor + outdoor pools Wide beach

  • Oceanfront complex, Boat parking, Family atmosphere, 3 elevators, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool. Condo is on the 5 th floor condo featuring a stunning beach view from balcony that is sunny in the AM and a very nice shaded in the afternoon. The condo features a renovated fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances with most seasonings supplied. The master bedroom features a foam queen mattress with attached newly renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All flooring consists of waterproof vinyl.
    Bedroom 2 has a foam queen sized bed and the third bedroom features a twin-size bunk bed. The second bathroom was completely renovated features a fabulous tub to soak in. We do supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher pods, dishwasher soap coffee filter and Keurig pods. Linens and towels are NOT supplied pillows and blankets are supplied. We still enjoy a wide beach with a newly installed beach mat to make easy access to the beach.
