"We used valet service. We were unable to use the travel rack for any food or beverages. I had 3 rooms booked and had a case of water, birthday cake l, bags of snacks, a case of sodas and a box of alcohol plus some 12 packs of seltzers. We were 3 women and were told we had to carry it as we weren’t allowed to used the cart. There was too much for one trip. Completely unacceptable. I’ll never stay here again."

"Had a wonderful 4 night stay with the family, we took our complementary breakfast out to the gazebos near the water and it was the best view. Taking walks along the shore after the tide goes out, loved it The hotel is very clean, quiet, staff was very friendly."

"Excellent hotel. Enjoyed my stay definitely recommend it."

"Love coming to this hotel"

"The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was fine. However, only one elevator was working"

"Pretty dirty all around. Our rooms carpet had tears in it and looked 50 years old. The bed was comfortable. There’s an open No Smoking Bar right in the middle of a smoking section of the casino. Check in is at 4pm. We arrived around Noon and didn’t get a room until 4:52pm. Never any call to let us know the room was ready. Front desk person was rude , no personality, and genuinely looked liked he wanted to be anywhere else. Will not go back. Oceans is amazing !"

"First time at this hotel came with a group of 11. Everything was great. I just felt the TV’s could be upgraded. But I would definitely stay again. Great food the pool was wonderful"
