Cozy 2BR with Bunk Beds, Steps to Boardwalk

This condo is as close as you can get to all the best things to do in Ocean City without all the noise and commotion of being right on the boardwalk. You will not beat this location at this price.

This property has been NEWLY UPDATED! Two bedrooms plus couch also converts into queen sofa bed to accommodate up to 7 guests. 1 full bathroom updated. Your home away from home also includes A/C, W/D, WiFi, 2 HD TVs with cable & outdoor shower... all on 7th Street! Also has a wrap-around outside deck.

This is the 2nd Floor Unit in a 2 unit house!

Comfortably sleeps 6!

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.
Per ocean city short-term rental ordinance the person booking must provide a photo of their ID which matches their profile name to prove they are over 21. Also to note there can never be more then the amount booked guests on-premise. Unfortunately you will not receive check in information until this is provided and it must be provided prior to check in day (unless it is a same day booking).


1) No smoking on premise in or around the property inside the house - $250 fine if detected

2) No more than the number of people booked ON-PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

3) Please remove shoes.

4) Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am (50 decibels). We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

5) Must have a valid govt ID & phone number on file.

6) Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

7) We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion

8) Primary guest ID must match the name on my profile when checked by my host, and if there is anyone under 21 in the group the person booking & checking in must be over 25.

9) Pet fee is $80/pet.

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة

Loved it

Stayed with my family (spouse and two kids under 4) and we had a great time. The location was walkable both to the beach and to Asbury street which hosts OC's mom-and-pop shops. Nearby Acme (7 min walk) was helpful as well for supply runs and picking up the things we inevitably forgot to pack. Outdoor shower too was great for cleaning off sand after long beach days. I'm also very pleased with the host's responsiveness when we communicated with them. Would recommend this property if you're looking for a place for a week or long weekend.
