The upper level boasts a large bedroom with master bath, entertainment area with vaulted ceiling, wet bar and large deck with ocean views.
Traveling with children? Plenty of sleeping and hang out space on first floor. Have little ones that need to sleep in the same room as their parents? Two bedrooms are ready with rollaway beds.

The home is not suitable for noisy parties as the neighborhood is quiet with very few rental properties.
