The desk personnel were very helpful in answering our questions. (Suggestions for restaurant, and events, etc.). They were quite interactive with us as it related to your facilities. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchenette was nice to have. It’s still a small room. It was me, husband and 2 kids, 7 and 13. We got the room with one queen and the pullout sofa so we could have a little more room when the sofa bed was folded up. The bed was OK but the sheets were awful and pilled up. They definitely need to invest in better quality sheets and bedding. Staff friendly and location is great.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crossings! The room was bright, cheery, and clean, and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again! (The only thing we might recommend is providing a hair dryer and shampoo!)
