"Overall excellent experience. Plan your trips for transportation well in advance as taxis take along time if available. Book night before or coordinate travel with hotel shuttle. Property clean but if you look at detail it needs some refurbishment in certain areas like landscaping pressure cleaning and some aging areas need upgrading. Not really a CON per se but something the hotel can do to keep 4 star + ratings"

"We spent about 5 days and nights at this location, the staff was beyond friendly and understanding to foreigners! The rooftop terrace was a huge plus if you plan to just relax and have coffee in the morning or for a chill night in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options available were also delicious and affordable. The hotel is located in a prime spot to access the Kawaski station, making your travel into Tokyo fairly simple as well. I would highly recommenced Slash for your stay!! And to be honest this Hotel is first on my list given I take another trip into Tokyo."
