Situated within walking distance of bus stops, a handy 4 Square grocery store, Z petrol station, and three popular beachfront café-restaurants, you’ll have everything you need close by. Explore further, and a short 7-minute drive brings you to Ostend Village for supermarkets and other essentials. Oneroa Village is just a bit further, brimming with eclectic shops, galleries, cozy cafés, and even a local cinema.

Things to note:

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 (Mezzanine) - 2 single beds that can be put together to make a super king bed, 1 roll away bed, 1 day bed.

Additional fees: A compulsory exit clean of $240 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay, which includes beach towels.
Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Please note: This property is not suitable for children under 5 years old. We take a maximum of 4 adults. A fee of $50 applies for guests over 2.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.
