ladies cleaning the rooms were awesome.. just a whole lot of niggly little things that all added up to my review.. no phones in rooms?... drain was blocked...so you had to keep an eye on water level as you showered.. car parks were freaking terrible !!... maybe not management fault as a lot of people parked like stevie wonder.. but the car parks themselves were too narrow!!.. & other stuff as well.. but i've said enough ftm.. cheers

Very pleasant. Advised shower draining very slowly and receptionist responded immediately advising they'd get plumbers in morning but provided extra towels to ensure no overflow. Slept incredibly well. Extra stand fan kept air circulating nicely. Super clean. Convenient to Manukau bus terminal, shopping and eateries.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to sort an issue with the TV...internet access was disappointing. Being in a room right next to the pool I was awoken by people doing bombs into it after 11.30 pm, but that wasn't the fault of staff...maybe lock pool gate to restrict access at night. Nice having access to laundry facilities...would definitely stay again :)

The area around is a little unsafe. The entrance to the room is a sliding door with the only window to the outside so if you wanted privacy you can have any natural light. No safe deposit box. Internet was very spotty. The laminate on the counters were all falling apart. Very outdated bathroom. Bed was alright but pillows were awful. No coffee maker. For the price they are charging for this place, you are better off somewhere else.
