Set in sub tropical gardens, this free-standing chalet has a sun-drenched deck and stunning north-facing sea views over Palm Beach and the surrounding islands, and it's only a 7 minute tree-lined walk to the pristine white sand!

Relax and enjoy a wine on the private deck furniture and take in the beautiful sunset while you prepare a meal on the barbeque, then retire to the sanctuary of this recently refurbished open plan studio.

The Chalet boasts a massive California (Super) King Bed for a touch of luxury, which can also be split into two singles if required for longer stays only. The cosy lounge, has a two seater couch.

There are two flat screen TVs so you can enjoy a movie from the big bed too or even from the spa bath!

The kitchenette has a separate fridge and freezer, convection and microwave, stove, and modern appliances including a coffee plunger and toasted sandwich maker, toaster etc and you can enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar drenched in sunshine.

Relax in your spa bath, whilst still enjoying a view of the blue sea beyond, the bathroom also has a separate shower.

Summer or Winter, Palm Beach is centrally located so all of Waiheke's attractions are close by and there is a bus stop right at the bottom of the driveway which services the ferry timetable. If you have a car, there is unallocated off-street parking.

Linen provided for 1 California Split King Bed, which can be converted to two singles for longer stays if required

We charge a single $95.00 cleaning fee for your stay, and all linen, sheets and towels are supplied.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS :)

Free exclusive use of a double kayak for the duration of your stay.

2 night minimum preferred on weekends, but one night bookings also considered.
