  • This luxurious 3500 square foot ranch house comes with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big ping pong room, and a big kitchen with an expansive window. The home has plenty of seating areas, a 2-acre beautiful yard, and a pond with a fountain. The home is extremely private and well-secured and is bordered by a creek in the back and fences and gates along the sides.

    This home is located in the heart of Augusta, Georgia. It is directly adjacent to the Augusta National Golf Course and is also very close to the Augusta Country Club, Augusta University, Medical School and Dental School, and the Historic Downtown Augusta. It is within walking distance to Augusta National Gold Course and Augusta Country Club.
