"The property is easy to access from the highway and close to main attractions. I needed a last minute lodging option and found it to be the most affordable choice during a weekend where prices were astronomical. Parking was available right outside my room. With the exception of a couple random shouting matches, it was mostly quiet. The amenities are very basic and the linens are not in great shape. Burn marks were on the blankets and there is no working phone in the room. On the second night of my stay, I discovered that the new sheets placed on my bed by housekeeping were in AWFUL condition. I alerted a staff member who got someone to change them almost immediately. The shower was hot and decent. Overall the room served its purpose. "

"Great proximity to Augusta National Golf Course, staff was great to work with! Coffee, water, breakfast provided at an early hour to accommodate the early hours of the tournament. Would highly recommend"

"Hotel was kinda dated. There were Holes in the wall, toilet seat not attached, no security lock on the door, and tv didn't work. The agent changed our room, but it had issues as well, but not as bad. Overall, I give it a 4, because it was close to restaurants on Broad Str downtown. The agent was very nice."

"I do not know how Hotels.com can possibly have this property as a recommendation for a 6.4 rating or a good rating. The local reviews on this property are more accurate, constant smoking in and out of the hotel with cigarette smoke permeating the supposedly non-smoking premises day and night, constant noise outside of the doors in the parking lot with people, talking, smoking, leaving their work vehicles on and running loudly even at 4 AM and 5 AM, gaps between the doors and the outside parking lot, not a safe feeling environment. All of these statements are stated in the local review reviews which approximate 1.5 stars average. All of my clothes, luggage, even the CPAP machine, had to be cleaned several times just to get the smoke smell out of them. You should visit in person to confirm for yourself. This causes me not to trust Hotels.com at all for any hotel recommendation."
