"The villa was quite pleasant with a lovely pool and splendid views. We had a nice stay and no real complaints other than the whole place was a little tired and looking like “end of season” condition. Parasols broken and lashed up with shot cords. No cushions for outside plastic patio furniture. Broken shower head (quickly replaced). Just a bit basic and scruffy sums it up. Two things did irritate. Firstly, the host seemed quite annoyed because we arrived 1/2 hour early. Offered to wait in the car until appointed hour but no reply. Secondly , for two nights there was very loud music and drunken shouting from next door villa. Not the owners fault but very unwelcome. "

"This property was perfect for our holiday. It provided peace and quiet and was only approx 1-2 hour drive to main attraction locations, ie St Tropez, Toulon etc. The house has everything you will need; pool, cooking facilities, barbecue etc. The layout of the house is unique; one of the bedrooms is downstairs and is accessed either from outside the property or via the veranda (which can be locked), but it worked well for us."

Elie is a very welcoming and friendly host, and he could not do enough for us throughout our stay; in fact he went far above and beyond to ensure our daughter was seen by the local doctor for an ear infection. A thoughtful, kind and considerate human being. What more can you ask for?The welcome from Elie was lovely, and the welcome pack was very gratefully received by us and our children.The property itself is immaculately presented, modern, clean throughout, and exactly as it is displayed in the listing. Modern, stylish, with a nod to art deco with the balconies in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. High quality AC throughout. Pool is always the right temperature.Location is perfect with the view over the vineyards and forest, the pool, and excellent use of outside space. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and would easily accommodate 6. A five minute walk from the local café, Boulanger, and supermarket (including very reasonably priced fuel station). And a 2 minute drive to the nearest wine merchant. Decent rosé wine at a good price there.All said and done, the only improvement is ours alone to make, and that's to book it.for 2 weeks instead of 1!"

"We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay and cannot fault the villa nor the service provided. Firstly, the villa itself is beautiful with a huge pool and wonderful grounds with spectacular views. If you are looking for peace then this is the place to be! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and had everything you could possibly need. I cannot leave a review without also mentioning the property manager Alia who not only was a huge help with recommendations for restaurants and local facilities but who also came to our rescue after our tyre burst on our first evening there after a 14hr drive. We were left without a car for the first few days of our trip but Alia along with her husband did not hesitate in helping us, even taking me grocery shopping early the next morning so that we were able to get everything we needed. This service, going above and beyond, was so greatly appreciated.The villa is well placed, only 8mins to drive into Cotignac which is a really special place with a huge choice of restaurants along with day & night markets. It is also a great base to visit Tourtour, Verdon Gorge, Sainte-Maxime and Carces. Thank you for a truly wonderful holiday, we were all very sad to head home but would not hesitate to return."

"We on purpose booked this hotel as they were offering double beds. We requested one room with a double bed while booking on Expedia. When we checked in no room were available with a double beds! That’s quite a shame it felt very uncomfortable to have to share a bed with someone you’re not really acquainted with. Very disappointed."
