Excelllent over-the-phone service prior to check-in, reliable out-of-hours access (this is gold dust having been let down badly by a competitor just around the corner before), very comfortable room. Une retard de 4heures lié à un accident de train me avait fait venir après 21heures,mais Valérie de la réception m'aider on me envoyer les coordonnées pour avoir accès à l'hôtel et a ma chambre. J'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié son aide. Également la literie c'était un vrai plaisir de dormir dedans. L'amabilité de l'ensemble de votre équipe et a noté également. Merci beaucoup pour ce deux journées. Je reviendrai.

Friendly helpful person on reception, offering advice on where to eat locally. Excellent buffet breakfast for €9. Bright, welcoming areas on ground floor. Bedroom clean but tired-looking. Good hotel for overnight stop.
