"This place was horrible. it was a good place to rest but that’s it. The “breakfast” was a joke. it was only waffles no fruit , no cereal literally nothing. I booked it from friday to monday morning. they took away a day and did not tell me. I came back from getting food and my card was not working on my door. i went to the front and they told me that “check out was at 11”. all of my stuff was still in the room. I had to practically beg just to get my stuff out. 1/2 of my clothes were missing when i was getting my stuff packed. This place is HORRIBLE! do NOT ever come here. what a waste of $197. I would do ANYTHING to get that refunded."

"Our hotel room was clean, bed sheets extra crispy. To prepare for surgery the next day I had to take two showers and the shower temp is regulated. That resulted in me having to take two luke-warm showers (evening and morning) which was most unpleasant. I have stayed at Hyatt’s where this was the case, I’d like them to allow for hotter water in the showers. We had trouble locating the parking garage entrance after checking in. I had to turn our vehicle around and go back to the front desk to get better instructions. Bed was comfy and towels soft."

"I stayed for one night along my route. I had a stop in Aurora so it was convenient. It was pretty clean and plenty of parking. It would be a good place for extended stay I am sure but it does not offer a breakfast or even coffee which is a downer. But the laundry facility is a plus for excrement stay. "

"We had room 121 and the room was not the quality we usually get through Best Western. I believe it was a handicap room which we didn't need. The room was not up to our standards this time. Also when housekeeping comes to clean the room they never restock the coffee."
