Cool and Convenient

The property is conveniently located near bars and restaurants with amazing views of the City. Check in was very easy and our condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend this location.

Amazing stay in the heart of Austin!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my sisters and loved it! The rooftop pool was perfect, and location was great for heading to dinner and getting in outdoor activity along the trail and water. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

We loved Austin but every time we returned to this apartment we loved it even more. Very pretty and super comfortable, we felt right at home!

Great view with fast internet

Great location with friendly staff. The valet service was fast and convenient. The place had amazing views with access to a walking path. The unit was perfect for our family.

So our stay was very good. We loved the place and would definitely stay again. I left some LED lights in the apartment for the girlies needing to do their makeup because that lighting is truly awful. Careful to close the fridge because it likes to stick. The shower in the main bath is very difficult to get going. The pillows are very large and very hard. I would definitely bring my own pillow next time. Other than those little things everything was terrific.

Austin Girls Trip

This condo was AMAZING! We were happily greeted in the lobby with a friendly Vacasa staff and a luxurious resort smell in the air. The Condo was very clean, trendy with amazing views! Our group loved sitting on the porch and enjoyed the quick walk to Rainey Street! Can't wait to come back and visit again soon!

Austin stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The view from the balcony was the best. We spent much of our down time on the balcony watching the sun go down or boats on the river. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy family. Loved it!

Loved it!

The only slight issue was bathroom lighting. The sconce is one the side (not on both sides). Beautifully appointed though!

Amazing Austin Skyline View!

This unit had an amazing view of the skyline, great bar/coffee shop downstairs! Comfortable. Bacalar and Rainey Street (plus Royal Blue gourmet grocery) right around the corner. Lots of construction, but that’s true everywhere. Unit had missing door in Primary bedroom, some dirty wine glasses, rugs with some dog hair but crew was very responsive.

Austin in October

Austin did not disappoint. The condo was clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Building was safe and secure. The condo did not have the telescope as shown in the picture, which was disappointing. And there is a lot of outside noise, so not very soundproof.

Perfect place in Austin!

We were so happy with everything this condo offered. The location was amazing for a short weekend trip. The building was absolutely wonderful (coming from someone that typically prefers hotels over vacation homes). I loved the coffee bar + bar/lounge. The staff were all amazing, too. The actual condo had a beautiful view, comfortable beds (but terrible pillows - we tried to get replacements but never did), and all of the space we needed for two couples. We were a short walk to the running path by the lake and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. It was clean, had an additional floor fan for the master bedroom, a couple of espresso pods, and small shampoo/conditioner. I'd absolutely stay here again and use Vacasa again.
