Coffee bar with carafe and single-serve options, pour-over carafe, gooseneck kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea.

• Each bedroom includes a TV, full-length mirror, and luggage racks.
• Primary suite on main level with adjustable split-king bed with massage, ensuite bath with dual vanities, and a dedicated workspace.
• Upstairs bedrooms include another adjustable split-king with massage, a room with two adjustable queen beds with massage, and a room with two traditional queen beds. The two upstairs queen bedrooms now include work desks.

Fast Wi-Fi supports video calls and streaming. Multiple work surfaces across the home so teammates or family can focus when needed.

Guest Access

Full private access to the entire house, speakeasy, and backyard. Two steps to the front door and one step to the back patio. Hall closet reserved for owner storage.

This home is set up for easy, memorable group time with dinners on the patio, a late-night round in the speakeasy, then great sleep. We follow Austin’s quiet hours (10 pm–10 am) and ask guests to keep outdoor noise low and limit gatherings to registered guests so everyone, including neighbors, enjoys their stay.

• Quiet hours outdoors: 10 pm to 10 am (City of Austin ordinance)
• Registered guests only; no large events
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• Check-in after 4 pm; check-out by 10 am unless arranged
• Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee due to cleaning schedules
• Follow hot tub, fire pit, and grill instructions in the guidebook
• Respect neighbors, parking signs, and our home
• Exterior cameras monitor entry areas only; no interior views
• Do not tamper with safety devices (smoke/CO detectors)
