You'll love the convenient location roughly two minutes from Volente Park and near other fantastic attractions, including Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, Hippie Hollow Park, Cypress Creek Park (North Side), Bob Wentz Park, Mansfield Dam Park, and more. Downtown Cedar Park is an 11-mile drive away, featuring a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and more attractions.

In the main home, spread out between two living areas on separate floors. The first-floor living area offers a great spot to unwind with comfy furniture in front of a smart TV with streaming and cable. From here, access the extensive deck with a lounge area and a gas grill - perfect for summertime cookouts while taking in the gorgeous vistas.

Featuring a coveted open layout, the second-floor living area seamlessly flows into the kitchen and dining spaces and has access to the elevated deck with an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. Spread out comfortably on the living room sectional and watch a show, or get cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Equipped with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker, the chef of the group will have everything needed to prepare culinary masterpieces. This floor grants you access to two separate balconies and a convenient home office with a desk and a printer.

Sleeping arrangements in the main home include one bedroom on the first level and two additional bedrooms, plus a daybed in the loft area on the third level. The third-floor primary suite boasts a balcony, a smart TV, and an en suite bath with a soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest house features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a full kitchen with a dining nook.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
