To start we just spent like 1hr at this location and everything happened. The people around this area is not really pleasant, there were people sleeping at the parking sides and when we decided to go look for food at the whataburger in front of this property, our car was vandalized, the right side mirror was broken, it seems that when they were trying to park next to us, they got to close and took out the cover part.
The building itself was not clean, the elevator was dirty and the floor we were in was smelling to strong to spices that your eyes could hurt.
As you can see in the reservation, we only spent like an hour there and we immediately moved to another hotel. You can see it in my account.
So, I would like to know if I can get a refund. I know it’s been a long time, but I was out of the country, our dad was diagnosed with ALS and I’ve been out since Feb 11
