Electric Scooters

You’ll find electric scooters from companies like Lime and Bird scattered around the city. Simply use an app to rent one for a quick and fun ride around downtown or nearby areas.



Ride-Sharing

Uber and Lyft are widely available for rides across Austin. Whether you're heading to a nearby restaurant or exploring the city, these services are convenient and accessible.



Car Rentals

If you prefer driving, car rentals are available at the airport or throughout the city. Parking is available but can be limited in popular areas like downtown. Consider using parking garages when visiting busier spots.

MetroRail: The Plaza Saltillo Station, part of the MetroRail Red Line, is just a few blocks away. This train service connects the neighborhood to downtown Austin and further north, providing a quick and scenic commute.



Ridesharing and Taxis:

Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft operate extensively in Austin, making it easy to get a ride to and from the property.



Taxis: Traditional taxi services are also available and can be booked via phone or hailed from popular spots.

Parking: Street parking is available around the property. Please pay attention to any posted signs for restrictions or permit requirements.



Airport Access:

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS): Located approximately 15 minutes away by car. You can reach the airport via taxi, rideshare, or the CapMetro Airport Bus Route 20, which stops nearby.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note the hot tub is currently out of service. We apologize for the inconvenience.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $49 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival. A propane tank refill is available for a one-time $55 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Hot Tub Heating free of charge. At least 48 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
