We love this hotel so much we’ve made it an annual tradition to stay when we visit Austin (a city with a LOT of great hotel options). This last visit exceeded our expectations in terms of the room and hospitality of the staff. Amazing hotel right on South Congress! The staff was so friendly and incredibly helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, and we felt right at home. Very dog friendly as well. Parking was easy - valet or self park. Great location and easy walking to many shops/ restaurants/ etc. Highly recommend!

Love the look of the hotel. Great restaurants. Excellent service in all areas. The hotel is in a prime spot to check out a lot of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. Safe neighborhood. One caveat, what’s with the ice? Really missed having ice in the room.
