Very large, clean and modern apartment. The building facilities were amazing, great pool, secure parking, modern gym. Note the building is dog friendly (other tenants brought dogs regularly into the building and lifts), which could be a positive or negative for some people.

Nice room but the building access remotes and pass for parking were missing. Took a few calls and a trip to the leasing office to get it resolved. Towels were limited although the room had a washer and dryer as we just washed them, a bit of an inconvenience. Close to park and hiking trails and easy to get downtown.

Love, love love it here! Close proximity to local Austin culture(music venues, bars, restaurants) and there’s a huge park right next to the property. The property itself is large so make sure you follow the map but once you take one walk around it’s easy to remember the layout. The gym is modern and clean and there’s a great coffee shop right in front. I would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was good clean and very comfy but the people who run it are a disgrace i arrived at 10pm no one in reception had to contact expedia to gain access they said they had emailed me instructions i hadnt received 1 eventually expedia got me the details only to find we had been given wrong code for door we then had to call new york which cost me £28 as i was international we then got the code it took a full 2 hours to gain entry the organisation was terrible and spoilt our first night as i said the apartment was great the owners suck

Nice, but TERRIBLE

The place was clean and nice, location was nice. The kitchen sink was completely stopped up when we arrived, we notified the weaver. The WiFi was completely out also. With no solutions offered or anything. We spent two nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with no kitchen sink or WiFi. Terrible.

Arrived to our apartment not cleaned properly, dirty towels and messy beds. Personal items from previous people left under the bed. It took almost 24 hours to get a cleaner in. No garage door opener in unit so we had to move the car multiple times. We booked this place for the pool, it was empty taped off and under construction. Have made many calls always being told I will get a return call and nothing. Asked for compensation and they sent me an amount that was so insulting. Still waiting on return calls. Very sparsely furnished and not a very warm welcoming unit. Simply offering Coffee filters and salt and pepper in the kitchen would have been a very minimal nice touch. This place is located in a beautiful are and has great potential but whoever is managing this property needs to do a better job.

I would stay here again

Location and amenities were perfect. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed to make this trip accommodating. We had a small issue in the beginning but a simple call with their wonderful customer service team handled it flawlessly.

I was scared st first cause the reviews aren’t great, but I thought this place was lovely. Really clean, spacious apartment. Awesome location. They didn’t give me an access code for the apartment at first, but then I called them and they made me a new code. Took like 5 minutes.

The condo itself was good. However, the kitchen was missing a trashcan, spatulas or any utensils other than silverware, no dish soap, only one washcloth and no handtowel. Each bathroom only had one hand towel and one washcloth. While we were there someone unlocked the door and walked in while we were on the couch. Once they saw us, they quickly left without taking us who they were or why they were there. The area had a nice location near the lake, but two different times there was some shady things going on that were a bit scary.

Do not book to stay here. Check-in on the app is broken and doesn't work. There is no communication from the property even after reaching out multiple times over the span of a couple weeks.Check-in eventually worked. However, the code for the door randomly wouldn't work and got locked out. Also, the balcony door's locks didn't work. There also appeared to be blood spots on the wall and light switch and the ceiling fans' speed controls also shorted out the lights. Plus a random bag of open pasta was left in the cabinet.

Let’s not mention the long walk through the garage, through a building, across the bridge then into the 3rd floor of what has to be the foulest smelling building we’ve encountered. The hallways smell like a hamster cage that has never been changed. It will burn your eyes if you stay out there too long. Granted, the apartment thankfully doesn’t smell. Nor does anywhere else. But the 3rd floor will gag you. Then we open the door at 3:46pm there’s a cleaning person in here cleaning. After lugging our stuff over. He says could you wait another 30 minutes.. like what? We’ve been flying all day. So we go to the bedroom and wait for him to leave. Little awkward. Then we try and turn the tv on, no WiFi. Your instructions say to use 267 5G. There isn’t one. So used the same password of the 470 room. Got lucky there. Only took 30 minutes of messing with that. Vacation is starting to get worse……. So we bring a bag of ice in. Put it inside the freezer. 2 hours later… it’s leaked all over the place. It’s set on the “coldest” setting. Forgot about the bedroom with no sort of blackout shades over the windows. I’ll be surprised if we sleep past 7am. Love to get up early on vacation! So my wife says, wow, love the bathtub. I’ll take a bath she says. Nope. Not here. The water comes out like a dribble. We actually laughed. We turned on the shower and after 20 seconds. , some water came out. Then if that’s not enough, the vent right above in the ceiling, rattles every time the air conditioner
