"The (King) room exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well furnished, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was ok at best. The hallway carpet was very worn but not dirty. I liked that this place was only a four minute walk to the Amtrak station. I also walked the 1 mile to and from Greenfield Village, though taking a rideshare was an option had I not wanted the exercise. "

"James was very helpful at checkin with describing places to eat. The room was spacious and the bed great. No safe in the room and the shower basin needed new silicone due to mildew etc. our room was facing the main st and we could hear the traffic noise at night until around 1130 when it quieted. Great location to explore the area!"

"Dirty all around Did not have our room when we checked in so they split us into 2 rooms- we are a family with 2 toddlers - Bedding and sheets were on the floor and stains on what claimed to be clean towels and bedding that staff changed No soap or toiletries in the room Avoid when possible"

"Someone at the front counter gave my room number to a door dash driver and they came kicking my door going off on me and the hotel refused to move my room after the police came because I had to call them on the ladies scaring my children. Then after talking with the hotel manager in the morning, she showed absolutely no care at all and still would not move my room. I was so respectful to the entire staff although I was extremely scared and so were my children. When I checked out I had absolutely no issues, but did not receive my deposit back at all. I was so confused as to why so I called the hotel to ask why. They explained to me the carpet was dirty and the “headboard was completely off the bed” I am so confused how on earth that could happen so I asked for photos. Called them four different times of the day asking for the photos but they still have not sent them. I’m confused and this was not ok at all when I was completely respectful and absolutely did not leave their room dirty at all."
