Clean room, very close to everything (walking distance), the staff is great and the best customer service. The hotel itself is older but has been upgraded. The fireplace is a nice touch and the complimentary breakfast ( bagels, sweet bread, tea, coffee, yogurt and fresh fruit). Spent two nights there with my mother. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very helpful and top notch. The jacuzzi upstairs is so cute and I felt like I had the whole island to myself. The room was super cute with a balcony overlooking the plaza square below. Definitely plan on visiting the Metropole again!

Super cute room. The building itself is old (the cool kind of old though lol) but the room is updated well. We ended up with a private balcony which was an awesome surprise. Can’t beat the location. We walked to everything. Had a great stay for our first time on the island.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and up-to-date and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is well located and seems to be managed well. It has exterior corridors and can be a bit noisy although the windows are double painted and quite good at blocking noise generally. Overall we enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it. Also, the staff was very accommodating as we needed some extra time to check out.
