Staff helpful & pleasant - but no bell hop or anyone to help get luggage up to the room on a Friday evening. Since summer season over but they should have e help and think about hiring people to help with luggage since the hotel was packed with many travelers and weddings

The Icona is perfectly placed and super convenient. Rooms are roomy and clean with great views food is top notch the staff is the best of the best. The elevator is a little small no issues for us just a note if it matters to someone. Overall a 10 out of 10!!
