"well first I'm wanna start off by saying that the bed was so comfortable. I definitely expected more from a hotel room that was over $200 a night as the rooms were dated and the business centers computers were from the early 2000s. Can't complain about the location, it's walking distance to the White House. Overall I would definitely stay just because of how comfortable the bed was but $200 a night is insane to me but I guess that's the rate in DC"

"I was placed in a unit directly across from a unit undergoing constant maintenance. Loud equipment in the hall just a few feet from my door and constant drilling and banging for hours during the day."

"Switches for lights are not easy to find, no ice, towels would be more accessible if they were on the shelf on the wall, no microwave, no indoor pool. For the price of the hotel, I was surprised there was no pool and microwave. What was great: food, breakfast and dinner, it’s a clean and quiet place, close to Union train/metro station. "

"From the moment we walked into the building, we could tell it was a stellar hotel! The host, Floyd, was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond on an extremely busy day. He met us at the garage to park our car and waited as we finished getting things out of our car to escort us back up to the lobby. The rest of the hosts that we came across were all exceptional! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and smelled amazing. Our room was lovely and had a pretty view from the balcony. It was stocked well with everything we needed and had plenty of space to move around. There was a full sized fridge, washer and dryer, and huge closet. Everything seemed like it was brand new and top notch. The location was also walkable to many major sights and monuments that we wanted to see. I would recommend Coda on Half to anyone visiting DC for any length of time and I hope to book another stay in the future! "

"The hotel was clean and up to date. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was mostly very helpful and cheerful. Pool was kind of small but perfect for the kids which was all we needed it for. The parking garage was convenient and easy to use. The only issue we had was our key cards kept stopping working and you can't get to your floor, pool floor or in from the parking garage without your hotel key card. The staff got a little testy when we constantly needed the cards fixed."

"What a great find!! This carriage house was perfect for the 4 of us adults. Very clean, very new, really well appointed. Excellent communication. The parking spot was really appreciated. Safe neighborhood. Good location for where we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again."
