Washington Plaza Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Property and room clean. Our room facing nack was quiet. We walked while there to mall for exercise. Lots of food choices in are. Parking was secure but expensive at 50 a night. Felt safe when walking area during day. Didn't go out much at night."
"The property is excellent. Modern building and amenities. Room has a FULL kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The gym is large, clean and excellently stocked with modern equipment.
The only note is to have better signage and communication when arriving to check in. It can be a bit confusing. The Kastle app is apparently not as necessary as the pre check-in instructions lead you to beleive."
"Most everyone was friendly, the iPads in the rooms were useful when my own mobile wasn’t around me. I enjoyed the common areas too. It was on the “trendy” side for a simple person as myself, but I got used to it very fast. I would not hesitate to book a room from this company again. They people were great, made my visit to DC that much more enjoyable "
"parking garage is close and valet parking but you have to schlep your bags up 3 floors to check in. and they let us check in early but we left bags in the car, so then we had to drag bags up 3 floors from the basement because elevator was broken. staff told us elevator was broken but no staff was available to help with bags. elevator worked in the rest of the hotel. overall not bad, but, far from a luxury experience.
