"Come very early from Vancouver after a 14 hour flight and staff very accommodating and gave us a upgraded room. Great room with wonderful shower. Great location 5 mins from metro to historic Lisbon. Only issue was the lift was slower compared to North America lifts. Did not get a chance to eat at the hotel but looked like a great restaurant for Breakfast and dinner. 5/5 for us and we will return if we come back to Lisbon. Thank you."

"Check in was difficult in that I needed physical entry cards not the digital one and this proved much more complicated than it should have been. They did not as per the website send a code to get such keys. Had to chase several times to find out how to get them Apart from that lovely flat, well equipped, clean. Very well located. Would have been 5* with smoother check in"

"Very clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Only unusual feature was shower and WC in separate areas of the room. Opaque doors not ideal. Jacuzzi needs a hand rail as area around is very slippery when wet! An excellent breakfast 👌"
