Cosas muy buenas- Muy amables todas las personas que nos han atendido en recepción y housekeeping. Un detalle el tema de regalar café con bollería artesanal para desayunar y la botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación a la llegada; Cosas a mejorar: una nevera en la habitación y dar opcion de un desayuno completo aunque sea con coste adicional.

Las señales para llegar hasta él no están muy visibles; es una calle peatonal y eso hace más difícil encontrarlo, pero la ubicación es excelente, pues se encuentra en todo el centro de Ávila.

Ubicado en pleno casco histórico, el hotel tiene un encanto especial. Las habitaciones son acogedoras. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. Ofrecen un desayuno de cortesía que nos sorprendió gratamente. Totalmente recomendable, sin duda, volveremos.
