"Very basic, OK for an overnight stay.Ask for room on car park side .We had one facing the main road and the double glazing was next to useless"

"We had a very pleasant two-night stay thanks to being made to feel so welcome by our hosts, Rosie and James. Contact beforehand was great with a super demo video on how to enter the hotel. Rosie was a lovely host; her local recommendations were top-notch and truly made our trip. It happened to be very hot while we were visiting, so having a fan provided in the room was a thoughtful touch that was very much appreciated! "Good value for money and lovely breakfast"

"I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2."

"Must stay!"

"The property was great for parking and good service from the staff."

"Very nice"

"nice friendly place with a good atmosphere and a pleasant bedroom"

"Cosy little cottage in lovely area. Comfy beds, good shower and great pub food."

"Quiet and well appointed room. Great breakfast."

"I love this hotel but there is no elevator so getting luggage up and down the steps can present a problem. Also there is no air conditioning so when we visited last summer during the heat wave, it was uncomfortable. However, the staff helped us a lot. As we visit from the US we tend to have more luggage for our travels than most visitors from the UK."

"Absolutely immaculate accommodation. AC in the bedrooms was fab. Could do with it in the bar and restaurant too. The menu is a bit limited but the food was good. Friendly staff."
