Bedroom one has a queen size bed and ensuite, bedroom two has one king single bed and one single bed and bedroom three has one king single bed and one single bed.
Nicely furnished lounge room and dining room. Kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher, plus all modern conveniences. This is a great apartment and just metres from the beach,
bbq on the deck.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-
protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time
at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique `Indie Films` to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling,
have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
