We had such a relaxing stay at Azalo. The property is very conveniently located for accessing Noto, Siracusa/Ortigia, Ragusa, and the south eastern coast of the island. The property is set on a hillside, amid a tranquil lemon and olive grove, and with each suite feeling private and secluded due to the thoughtful design of the accommodation blocks. Our suite was spotlessly clean, and had a private patio area and kitchen facilities, with the outdoor pool just a few steps away on the terrace below. Host Lorenzo was very welcoming and provided some really useful tips for making the most of our stay in the region. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lots of fresh local produce on offer each morning. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. You will need transport to get around as the property is set off the main road, down a rough track, and even though the stunning town of Noto is less than a mile away, it is not possible to walk there due to the nature of the main road. This did not affect the enjoyment of our stay - the relative seclusion of the property made it all the more relaxing.
