• Manque d’équipements essentiels : À notre arrivée, il manquait des couettes et des couverts. Malgré de nombreuses relances (appels et e-mails), une seule couette nous a été livrée au bout de plusieurs jours, et aucun suivi n’a été effectué pour le reste des problèmes signalés.
• Propreté insuffisante : L’appartement était dans un mauvais état : vitres sales, moquette tachée, machine à café non vidée, vaisselle sale,...

"The apartment is very small but it is also very cosy. It really only provides the essentials but it is very well situated with all amenities ‘a stone’s throw’ away. One can ski out from the ski locker room straight onto the Proclou piste – a broad easy blue, ideal for your morning warm-up. The apartment has a lovely private balcony with unobstructed panoramic views of the Alps. The wi-fi is slow by contemporary standards but we had no problem streaming Netflix on the ‘smart’ TV. "The apartment is perfectly located right above the Falaise covered parking and close to shops, bars, restaurants and ski rentals.
The kitchen is well equipped and the dinning and lounge areas are surprisingly spacious.
The beds are comfortable and having 2 separate toilets and showers was a huge bonus.
