"I stayed at hotel Taiyo Noen for one night, after arriving in Tokushima late at night. The staff at the hotel was really nice. Shoutout to the Nepalese gentlemen who spoke English, helped me, and made my stay even better. Breakfast was really delicious and filling. The location is also very convenient. I would stay there again."

"スタッフは急なエステのリクエストにも対応いただき、丁寧でした。お部屋は禁煙だったけどややタバコ臭い感じがして、昔は喫煙だったのかなぁと。あと設備が古いので、洗面台の蛇口が押したら出るタイプで、固くて力入れて押したら、大量に激しく水が出て飛び散るという。お部屋の広さは十分あり、お掃除は行き届いていました。使い捨てスリッパと空気清浄機があると、なお良かったかな。 このホテルの売りは、ゴルフしなくても、スパもとてもいいし、何より食事が極上でした！夜の日本料理も朝のブッフェも。山の中のお城みたいで雰囲気もよく、また家族で来たいと思いました。"

"空港からタクシーで直接行ったが、食事する場所は車で移動しないとないくらいの場所だった。大塚国際美術館へは徒歩３分で本当に着くくらい近いが、それ以外は何もないようだった。夜に到着した際のフロントスタッフの男性は笑顔が素敵で、とても素敵な対応だった。売店は現金のみ対応だったのがちょっとな、と思った。部屋でゆっくりしていると部屋内のスピーカーから「火事です」と火災警報が鳴り、非常階段を使用して外へ避難。この際の非常階段への扉の前に洗濯カゴのようなものが置いてあり、年配の世代だと逃げ遅れるんじゃないかと思った。幸い誤報だったため部屋に戻ったが、その際のスタッフはフロントにおらず、裏にひっこんでおり、対応は少しずさんではあった。朝食はビュッフェかな、と思いきや、一人一人お弁当のようなお重での提供で、思ったよりしっかりした朝食に嬉しく思った。大塚国際美術館に行くだけならベストな場所だと思う。空港からはタクシーで4000円〜5000円くらい。タクシーは電話で呼ばないと空港でも美術館でも来なかったので、そのつもりで行動すべき。"
