Welcome to your getaway in Ax-Les-Thermes! Spend your days in the mountains and then relax in our charming studio after a wonderful day outside.
You will love to retreat to our studio for 2 in the mountains! Located only 800m from the lively resort centre, where you can also soak in the thermal baths, our space is the perfect destination for your next getaway. In the winter, the ski lifts are found 800m away. At the end of a great day outside, relax in our cozy living area before breathing the fresh mountain air on your Private Balcony or Terrace!
After a day on the pistes, retreat to our comfortable STUDIO, which features a Double Sofa bed, and enjoy local programming on our TV. Please note that bed linens are not provided but are available to rent on-site for €8/kit. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air. Wi-Fi is available starting at €8/pass for those that wish to connect with friends back home.
Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. Bathroom linens are available on request for €8/kit. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the on-site laundry machines, available for a fee.
In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE parking on-site! One space is allowed per apartment and parking is subject to availability, please request upon booking.
If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of **€7/night**. Select units may be equipped with accessible features - please let our team know if you would like these features and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for an additional fee of €39-€59. You may request beds made upon arrival for €40 - €60. For beds made on arrival and an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette), you will be charged €75-€105.
LOCAL FAVOURITES
If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite restaurant is La Table du Boulanger, only a 6-minute drive away! With ski lifts at 800m away, those skiers in your group will be happy to hit the slopes with ease. The local ski school, Ax 3 Domaines, is only 20 minutes away by car. In the summer, take a stroll along the many hiking and walking trails, or visit the caves in Niaux, La Vache Alliat and Bedeilhac. The thermal centre at Couloubret is also worth a visit!
** The sauna and hammam is currently closed. Please note that these amenities are subject to remain closed if the resort decides it is not safe enough to open them.
