Trop cher pour la prestation

L'hébergement a été très sympa. Malheureusement, la partie restauration n’a pas été au rdv. Et pour le prix que l’on paye pour l’endroit, nous aurions aimé que le repas soit du même niveau. Les 3/4 des plats proposés à la carte qui étaient non disponibles. Obligé de se rabattre sur des pizzas à 18€ la pizza (encore congelé à l’intérieur). Le lieu semble enchanteur mais bien trop cher pour la prestation.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans un chalet avec jacuzzi, vue jardin et petit déjeuner compris. Le jacuzzi est à température idéale dès l’arrivée, et c’est très agréable de pouvoir en profiter à n’importe quel moment de la journée / soirée (étoilée😊) Petit déjeuner livré en toute discrétion et bien servi. Service et accueil au Top avec de bons conseils et au p’tits soins 😉 #detente #calme

Incroyable

Nous avons réservé seulement 1 nuit (avec spa) : moment incroyable. L'équipe est adorable, arrangeante et de très bon conseil. Je rebondis sur des messages négatifs que j'ai pu lire. Le prix est à la hauteur de la qualité : la literie est incroyable, le petit déjeuner est avec de très bon produits et très généreux (ne pas passer à côté), la petite pépite c'est de se le faire livrer. Peu importe l'emplacement de la lodge en tournant la tête on profite de la belle vue et promis pas de torticolis (au pire le spa s'en chargera) Ici la détente est à son paroxysme. Merci beaucoup à l'équipe du domaine des 2 monde, c'était un vrai bonheur.

Attention à ne pas négliger votre standing 😉

Très bon accueil par les employées, souriantes et très avenantes. Le cottage très propre Maintenant plusieurs petits détails nous ont fait dire que les prestations n’étaient pas tout à fait à la hauteur, ayant déjà été dans des campings haut standing et étant habitués aux hôtels : Il n’y avait pas de petites serviettes, pour les cheveux par exemple, serviettes douche et essuie main uniquement. Un lave vaisselle très pratique mais dans ce cas, on s’attend à plus de couverts et de verres à eau, tout un service à champagne pour deux, ne nous était pas très utile par contre, 2 verres à eau, 3 couteaux et 4 fourchettes, cela faisait léger, du coup nous lavions à la main entre le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner. Un autre gros bémol aussi l’éponge n’était pas neuve et ne sentait pas très bon. Oui nous aurions pu nous manisfester auprès de la réception mais nous étions là pour nous détendre et surtout pas nous polluer par ce genre de choses. C’est uniquement parce que vous nous demander ce qui pourrait être amélioré que nous le soulignons. Et aussi quand sur votre site vous mettez boisson d’accueil et accès au bar gratuit avec en photo une bouteille sur la table, on est un peu déçu d’être accueillis par 2 bouteilles d’eau, le bar ne comportant en fait de quoi se faire des boissons chaudes, ce qui est très bien même si on ne les a pas utilisé mais ce n’était pas tout à fait vendu comme ça.

Bra ställe med fantastisk omgivning

Trevligt ställe som ligger fantastiskt inte långt från Puy de Dome. Extra plus för möjlighet att ladda vår elbil över natten.
