The hotel offered an overall pleasant stay. ✨ Cleanliness was average, but the excellent location and facilities more than made up for it. The position is really amazing cuz is near the center and clubs, restaurants… but the cleanliness was really bad and was really noisy all the time. U can’t access the pool when party is there and if u wanna go to gym u have to pay extra. The staff was good.

The single most worst experience I’ve encountered at a hotel. The advertisement is an intentional scam to get you to the book the hotel . The photos are nothing like reality. The place looks like an abandon building everything destroyed and rubbish everywhere. The description for the room and the inclusions are deliberately misleading you. I paid for a double bed with a balcony with aircon. I got mattresses on the floor , no aircon , they charge you daily if you want to use it , the bathroom is in a disgusting state all the door handles are smashed off, the toilet non stop runs and the shower over flows. The cleaners come in fold your bed sheet and leave no new towels . The site says there is a gym which you have to pay for as well as the wifi. There are no pool hours most do the time you have to pay to use them. When you do use the pool the staff scream at you with profanity to get out of the pool. You can not talk to any managers to issue a complaint. You can not get any sleep until 5 am everyday when the music stops. This experience has turned me off from ever coming back to Cyprus.

Would Not Recommend Stayed at Pambos Napa Rocks with a friend, and the experience was disappointing. There was a leak from the ceiling on our balcony, so we couldn’t sit outside. The fridge leaked water all over the floor, and we got a new one only after a few days. The electricity cut out multiple times, and we heard crackling from the fuse box. When I told reception, they made me feel stupid for being scared instead of taking it seriously. The reception is rarely staffed – we waited up to an hour just to get help. The air conditioning costs €10 per day, which felt unfair given the state of the room. The door lock was broken, and one night two guys walked into our room while we were sleeping, because the door couldn’t be properly locked. We also had dirty bed sheets upon arrival. Staff often looked annoyed when we reported problems, and we felt like a burden. The only exception was a kind and friendly girl named Tiyana – she made us feel welcome. We were also given a small gesture: a fruit platter, pool party entry, and a bottle of champagne, which we appreciated. The positives were Tiyana, the gesture, the pool, and the central location. But overall, we felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. Would not recommend.

dårligste hôtel oplevelse nogensinde

Håndvasken er tilstoppet, hele badeværelset lækker, så det er konstant vådt over det hele. AC’en bliver ved med at slukke. Og vi havde ikke fået nye håndklæder siden vi kom, bortset fra de to ud af fem gange vi har bedt om nye. Vi har haft det samme sengetøj siden vi kom, selv efter vi fik roomservice, hvilket kun var to gange, tror jeg. Servicen er fuldstændig elendig, de er totalt ligeglade med, hvad vi siger. vi fik kun nyt toiletpapir to gange. AC’en lækkede ud på vores altan, så den var våd hele tiden. i starten ville de ikke give os fjernbetjening til AC’en, men efter tre dage af os klage om at den slukkede hele tiden, fik vi den. godt nok har de kun to stjerner, men ærligt så er det to stjerner for mange

Pambos hotel was located in a lovely place where all the facilities you want are close by, the pool was lovely, the only thing I would say is there were ants crawling about on the walls so there must of been a ants nest somewhere, the beds were very uncomfortable and around the same time every evening the signal on the tele kept on going off, the breakfast was ok but the same every day it wasn’t a English breakfast no varieties, the only good thing about the hotel is the location and the pool.

Katastrof!!!!

Åker utomlands ca 3-4 ggr/år och bokar inga dyra resor för att detta ska vara möjligt. Denna hotellvistelse var det värsta jag någonsin upplevt, vi bytade rum 3 ggr på 8 dagar. Ena rummet var så smutsigt och hade söndriga sängar, nästa rum hade vi bara varmvatten i dusch och vask så vi kunde inte duscha på två dagar. Personalen var så otrevliga och nonchalanta. Sängarna stod på golvet utan ben, bäddades inte utan lakanet veks ihop och lades vid fotänden, smutsiga sängkläder och handdukar som inte bytades under vistelsen. Blev hänvisade att duscha i en källare där det var mögel och blev översvämningen i brunnen så man stod i vattnet. Fick utslag av vattnet i poolen. Försökte och nå er på hotels.com under vistelsen utan resultat. Ingen människa förtjänar att hamna på detta hotell under sin semester även om det är ett billigt hotell.

Overall it i would give this place a 4/10. The staff all seemed unhappy, almost like they didnt want to be there and upon asking anyone for assistance there was always a heap of attitude along with it. The room was in an OK condition, could use a bit of tlc. Broken aircon & lightbulbs along with a shelf hanging off the wall didnt do it any justice. We found a cockroach in the room one night and upon telling reception, the receptionist said nothing, she just presented a can of bug spray and asked us to sort it ourselves. Getting shouted at by an older british receptionist one night for being let into my room when my friend was still out with the key (only one key is provided per room) was probably the highlight. I will stress that this is not a complaint, just an honest review, we knew not to expect much from this place as we paid very little for this hotel and only booked it with the intention to sleep in it. Other than that not much time was spent within the hotel. As previous reviews would suggest, this hotel is ideal for the younger crowd just looking to have a good time in napa and merely need a bed to sleep in after a night on the strip.

J'ai séjourné a l'hôtel Pambos Napa avec mes deux fils et une amie en demi pension.La chambre pour 4 personnes était spacieuse et propre avec une très grande terrasse. Pas de savon ni de shampoing dans la salle de bain. Prévoyez d'avoir une savonnette pour les toilettes. Les serviettes vieilles et trouées.Wifi disponible en supplément, 2€ l'heure et 6€ la journée. Trop bruyant, sommeil agité par des disputes incessantes dans les couloirs. Petit déjeuner sommaire et peu varié. Pareil pour le repas du soir.

Prior our trip the hotel said they would decorate the room for our friends birthday. - This never happened. Room was dirty and there was still glass in the bathroom from the people before. Cleaner never changed the towels. One day we had no toilet roll. We were kept awake by music from the club and woken up by music at the pool. Had no air con remote had to ask. Also you have to pay for wifi
